At first Henley Honda is a good experience.. until something goes wrong. I had some issues with my "Honda Certified" car and rather than being honest with me, the service manager gave me the run around and charged me for it. I will not mention her name. They cost me a lot of time and money and only because they did not have an answer and they BS'ed me to collect more money. I was told that my car needed to be reprogrammed because of a blown fuse (not true) along with several other non-truths, both the technician and the service manager lack trained experience and if they don't have an answer they are dishonest and the accountability lies in the machines. I spent 500 bucks and got no answers. They said it was going to cost more (no definitive answer). I said no, I had it towed to a "non Honda Certified" small business (locally) and they fixed it for $90 bucks. I'm very disappointed and will never step foot in that place as long as those two people are working there. The coffee bar, tv's leather couches and smiling people greeters are great until you have a problem. It's too bad two people can destroy a companies integrity by simply not being honest. So much for Honda Certified.
