Ordered parts - we spend a lot of money there as a business. Waiting 2 weeks for wheel nuts and then to find out they didn't even place my order!! we have over 100 vehicles with Chev.. ughh

Bought my first truck from them in January, was told remote start was installed already only the remote keys were on back order. After a few weeks of telling me it’s on back order, I called service and had them order me remote start, was not happy that I waited this long and told service advisor have the service manager call me, that never happened. Then it took 2 days to install a remote start because parts were missing, and all I got was a “sorry about that” I should have read these comments before bringing my business here.

Just bought a truck from Georgian. Price was fair but the treatment we got from our salesman, Rob Haslam, was terrific! Rob went and got the truck for us to drive (it was off site and during a snow storm). Then he went and put fuel in it so we could take it on a proper test drive. “No rush, no pressure, take your time”. I asked to bring it in and melt the snow off- no problem. Very helpful and friendly. I requested a few things be done before we took delivery - EVERYTHING was done and then some. He even arranged to have a tonneau cover installed my wife purchased as a surprise for me. Great salesman.

2018 Chevy Bolt was dropped off for battery recall, car was returned with 25% charge. 2 days later car won’t move . Towed to dealership where they started unauthorized repairs on unrelated system, and another new battery was ordered. 3 weeks later the second new battery was installed and the car was returned once again to me (fully charged). This time the car drove for 2 weeks before refusing to move again. Returned to dealer a third time. This time the problem was found to be a body module software update which they charged me for. Then I noticed they also charged for wiring inspection on passenger side ebrake when I specifically authorized repair on the drivers side. I was offered compensation for fuel which I finally got after a month of waiting and incidentally, writing this review. This is my 3rd edit of this review, I was contacted by the dealer rep and after a short discussion they made things right. Honestly the car did turn out better then it when I first got it, battery charges faster and lasts longer. Only unfortunate thing is having to make noise to get things resolved.

Only giving this place 2 stars as I had a great experience with the Service Centre and the Service Advisors. Extremely helpful and very nice. The sales side... totally different experience. ordered a truck back in April 2021 and was told it was going to be a 3-6 month wait due to covid. Understandable. It ended up taking 10 months to come in…picked it up feb 2022. When I ordered my truck, I signed with a lower interest rate but when I finally get to pick it up I’m told that I no longer get to have that original rate even though I have a signed bill of sale from when I ordered back in April 2021. I was only told when I ordered that depending on when my truck was built, it could be switched over to the 2022. That was it. The guy who does the financing, John, keeps up the ‘sleezy car guy’ saying…he told me about the new interest rate, which he should’ve told me when I ordered in April…. Plus he added a bunch of different warranties onto my new bill of sale after i specifically told him I wanted ONE. When I finally get to picking up my truck, the sales person and manager had to redo my new bos and financing to get rid of all the warranties and charges I did not want. Extremely frustrating experience.going to be contacting omvic CHECK YOUR PAPER WORK AND BOS/WARRANTIES BEFORE YOU SIGN AND PAY FOR ANYTHING!!! Or just take your business to a different dealership.
