The service was fine, however, my displeasure is in regard to a previous visit in December where I reported an imperfection in the back seat. It appears that concern was not processed and no record and photos were on file.

Vehicle was brought in for an oil change. Upon getting the vehicle back the seat was dirty and had grease on it. This isn't the first time it happened. I notice a wet mark in the laneway. Brought it back in to find out the oil filter was not properly installed. Asked about a buzzing noise that can be heard after parking the vehicle and was told that the cause can not be located. Overall some changes need to be made in customer experience and proper checks when doing work. It would have been terrible to lose all engine oil and seize up.

The team did exactly as I asked (put the balancing weights on the inside of the rims) and I was in and out in the specified time frame. When I went back to have the lug nuts tightened I was in and out in 10 mins. Well done!

Bought a truck and wouldn't help with rust damage from stone chips on the bumper and after owning the truck for 3 weeks found a chip in my windshield that I am dame sure was missed in the safety of the vehicle went in and showed them and was told to call my insurance company guess they don't want me to return.

Found out from the windshield repair guy that the stone chip came from a weld spark. But no way it came from there shop.

Michelle was fantastic and the work was good both in timeliness and quality. The only thing that would have helped would have been to have had the check list from the peace of mind inspection.

I felt I walked away with a fair deal, they worked hard to find the vehicle with needs I was looking for. Answered any questions and quick to respond. Let me test drive as many vehicles I needed to make sure I found the right one for my families needs. I'm happy I chose Oxford Dodge for my new vehicle.

Staff were polite, the shuttle was very convenient. It is disappointing that the ignition starter wasn't the problem. It is very expensive to replace and it wasn't necessary.
