I was disappointed that after a service you didn't wash the car. First time since I drive and take the car for service that I leave with an unwashed car.

Disappointed by the service dept. poor communication and lack of responsibility. Fed up of my Honda HRV recall issues. Hi Tom, I emailed you my concern, but I got response that my message to the given email ID is blocked. See attached photo. Not surprised!
