My wife and I have just purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 GS from Barrhaven Mazda. We found all the people we dealt with to be friendly and competent. We appreciate very much the work of our salesman, James Wu, in showing us the many features of the car and taking us for an informative test drive. James and the Finance Manager, Eli Farah, helped to bring the buying process to a happy conclusion. We look forward to driving our car, which has loads of modern technology and received great reviews.

Spent 15 minutes in the lobby without a soul coming up to check in. Would have appreciated even a courtesy "we are dealing with a client at the moment and will be with you shortly". I figured with how well rated this place is we'd have recieved good service, not the literal zero we recieved before leaving in frustration.

I bought the used car "Mazda CX-3" from James 2 months ago! He and their staffs are really friendly and never impose to sell cars included used cars and new cars. Especially, James was really nice guy because he recommended the promotion for what I need to drive in Canada, and this promotion is really good for free-refill any kinds of oil. If you want to show the best condition used car and find the friendly dealer, I recommend this Barrhaven Mazda!
