I’m thrilled; I just bought a 2018 Kia Optima LX from Marc Lafleur, hands down an easy and convenient sale and a wonderful car. Props to Marc for educating me on credit, lien holder information and giving me the right steps I need to take in order to build my credit and make opportunities. Not only that, but he listened to my needs and found me a car that doesn’t just match my budget and my style, but also my personality. If I could suggest ANY salesperson to sell you a vehicle that you can trust, it would 135% be Marc. He took the time to make sure I understood every single step of the buying process and gave me various ways to contact him so that I never feel out of the loop. Two things I definitely appreciate about doing business with Marc is that he is transparent and honest, and that he uses his life and sales experience to build a business relationship with you. Whether you’re a sweet grandma looking for a ride to see her littles or a young new buyer like myself, Marc can make your financial situation better by doing what he does best: making people happy with great vehicles. I now feel confident to drive and feel safe in my new car while doing so, all thanks to Marc!

We dealt with Marc and it was a nice change from some of the other lots we spoke with. Marc was friendly, explained the entire process and why our choices were limited, he even gave us advice on how to improve our credit in order to get better rates on our next purchase. When the car we wanted ended up being out of budget he worked with our needs and found us a great option that was in our price range!! The process was fairly quick from start to finish and Marc kept us in the loop the entire time. After purchasing there was an issue which was missed on inspection with one phone call Marc has us an appointment with the service centre and a tow arranged for the car. They even offered a rental car while it was being serviced. Marc definitely takes car of his customers and I would definitely recommend you give him a call if you’re looking for a new vehicle!!

I purchased my vehicle with assistance from Marc, and I cannot say enough about how easy and comfortable he is to deal with.
