Worst after sales service.

Bought a used low mileage truck. Brought it home and found it missing the wheel wrench and tools required to lower the spare tire. I also bought the used vehicle warranty which included a rust inhibitor module. I emailed the sales associate I was dealing with he replied back he was looking into the matter. I gave him 2 days to see what he could come up with.. I emailed him back again, still no response back. I phoned to talk to a sales manager, I had to leave my name and number. Still waiting for a call...I was told the rust inhibitor module was installed by the battery. I looked and cannot find it. I had one on a previous vehicle, so I know what they look like...

Worked here as a technician for more than 5 years. People are great, management and owner is beyond cheap. Will screw over every employee and customers as much as possible whenever poasible. DO NOT GO HERE!

We bought a 2016 Honda Pilot a couple of weeks ago. We love our vehicle and the overall buying experience was fantastic. Special thanks to our salesman Gio, the money man Wade, and the big boss Pier. We would definitely recommend Winnipeg Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
