Our experience at Palladino Honda was very positive. Staff members were personable, pleasant, and efficient. The workplace seemed well-organized, relaxed and friendly. Options were presented clearly but not forced on us with hard sell tactics. Jay and Rick especially made us feel welcome and valued as customers.

I was scheduled for a timing belt change and to look at a pre-existing issue i had with a power steering leak. Bradley was courteous and professional throughout the process. He kept me informed of what was required as the service technician looked at my vehicle and provided HONEST feedback of what I needed done (extra things came up while the timing belt was being replaced). He is a large reason why i go to Honda to get my work done. I get the benefit of Honda parts and someone honest to deal with.

Feb. 22/17 car in for fixing passenger mirror and passenger door handle. Tel tail, installed on car by Intact insurance, shows the car driven 3 km's and had hard acceleration and hard braking while it was in your care and control! This device is used to lower my 16 year old sons insurance bill! YOUR lack of respect for privet property has misinformed my insurance on my sons driving. The ball is now in your court to turn this "Poor" into "Excellent". Honda makes a great product, can't say the same for the service! Dan Soucy

the sales people are wonderful quite helpful you need a better washroom facility. i have a medical condition where i needed acces to a washroom right away and it was busy all the time and i had to cut my visit short cause i needed to get home.i couldnt take the time to get the features of my new truck explained to me and i would have liked that.

I brought my 2009 Honda Fit Sport in for a B1 service on February 10. It also had the fix for the airbag recall done at that time. I never had any issues with the airbags in the 8.5 previous years but since then the airbag warning light (not the one that says SRS) has been on intermittently. I brought the car back in on Tuesday February 21 and was told an old code was still in the system. They cleared the code yet the light came back on intermittently the following day. The car was returned again on February 24. This time I was told the issue had nothing to do with the recall and the diagnostics alone would cost $200+. Needless to say, I refused. Now I am left driving a car, unsure if the airbags will actually work when needed. Again, I never saw any airbag warning light in the 8.5 years I have owned the car. This issue came up IMMEDIATELY after the recall fix was done.

Rob was very informative, he did not try to sell us anything that we did not need or want. I appreciated that. Every one at Palladino Honda was great to work and deal with. Thanks very much I hope too get many years of quality service at Palladino Honda. This is my first Honda that I have owned I hope I get many problem free years out of the vehicle, and if its good to me we will buy another Honda product in the future. Thanks again sincerely.
