I was in the market for a new truck and ended up working out a plan that allowed me to also upgrade my wife's vehicle. The options presented were clear, accurate and within our budget. Everything we received was exactly as explained. The process was seamless and easy. We left with peace of mind knowing that we received what we asked for.

Don't know what a B service entails, still don't know what I paid for. How does a visual check and oil change take 3 hrs.

There were 3 reschedules for an appoinmwnt to install a remote starter. Off the 3 reschedules I only received 1 email confirmation which leads me to think that the previous 2 dates were not really scheduled by the sales advisor. Promises were given to compensate for the hassle of 1 - going there for the 1st appointment with 2 vehicles to find out the service center was fully booked, 2 - a second reschedule less than 24hrs notice and 3 the vehicle stayed OVERNIGHT despite repeated assurances from the sales advisor that the vehicle would be returned before 6pm. I was not provided alternate transportation and if I didn't repeatedly call the advisor I would not have been given any update AT ALL. Very poor after sales service.
