Amazing!!!! From the moment you walk into the c!inic.....you feel so welcomed. Dr. Matt and his staff are so warm and genuine. Dr. Matt takes the time to get to know you and answer all your questions or concerns. I came to see Dr. Matt because I was desperate for help. I was having trouble walking. My legs would give out on me to the point of nearly falling, as well as other issues. I got scared because I was having difficulty functioning. I wanted my life back.....and amazingly after the second visit.....I felt a difference. I could walk without my legs giving out on me. I could get down and play with my grandchild. I'm fee!ing good .....I still have more treatments needed....but to feel so good after a few sessions....is incredible. I urge everyone considering seeing a chiropractor ...go to The Heathy Family.....you will not be disappointed.

I have just started going to Dr. Matt. I have been to chiropractors for the good part of 50 years and have never had the whole process explained in such a way that you know what is going on and what needs to be done to correct it. Dr. Matt and his team are so pleasant and make you feel like you are at home. Very caring and very involved in their patient's health and also involved in the community. Thanks to my friend for recommending me to this practice.

Ive been to so many chiropractors before and nobody has taken the time and attention to detail like Dr.Posa has. He carefully explained my case, showed me my xrays (never done with any other chiropractor before) and i started care. Six months later, my sciatica is gone, neck pain is gone, im sleeping more and my x-rays show that he actually was able to change my spine! I couldn't believe it especially since my medical doctor told me it wasn't possible. Don't go anywhere else.

Like many people I spend a lot of time in the car driving to and from work, 2 - 2.5 hours a day and sit at a desk for 8+ hours. My body was stiff, muscles tight and my joints hurt, I knew there had to be something to increase my quality of life. I first met with Dr. Matt in April 2016 and after a few short weeks could feel the improvement! Now 6 months into treatment, the stiff, tight muscles and aching joints are a thing of the past! I cannot imagine keeping my life balance without Dr. Matt and his team!

I just want to say that @healthyfamilymilton is the best chiropractor I have ever been to in my life. I have been to about 5-6 chiropractors in me life because I have moved around quite a bit. Dr. Posa truly believes in helping his patience feel better and work towards a full recovery. I can honestly say that if you are dedicated to your health that Dr. Posa will be equally dedicated. I strongly recommend going to see Dr. Posa before visiting any other chiropractors in the area. To add to the great experience of each visit is the front office staff. They make each visit enjoyable as they are polite and professional.
