well bought my truck there in june and have only put 7000 km on the thingmy bf is a tech and i had him do an oil change and noted brake sqealingmy brakes were clearly never touched at the time of the safety they were so seized in it was ridiculousi told them i work in the industry and wanted to make sure it was all ready and in top conditioni asked to have them perform an oil change as i knew it was sitting a while on the lot and all they did was reset the oil lightNOT IMPRESSED!!!!Ihave had customers buy there car here and have had these kind of issues toothe process to buy was good and easy and quick but i can see why it was so quick as i dont think my vehicle ever hit the shop for a re-safety

Haldimand Motors price vehicles fairly, service them before delivery and will always properly repair a vehicle if something should go wrong with it in the months after the sale. Many customers are clients for life because this dealership has integrity! Sadly we have moved far away from our dear Haldimand Motors, but wanted to be sure to let others know that Haldimand has been good to our family.

In this day and age where Customer Service is rare and it was refreshing to deal with Haldimand Motors service department in Cayuga, Ontario, We purchased the car under Celtar Transportation back in March and opted out to get the extra warranty but they did give us a 30 day coverage and went back last week now in mid June for a part for the seatbelt that was on back order that they said was in and could install it now so I booked a vehicle in to get a few extra things to get done, the car was not starting every once in a while, approximately every three weeks, also every once in a while while driving the car would cut out and I would have no power thinking this maybe a fuel problem, maybe bad injectors and also the air conditioner wasn’t working as We never tested it at time of purchase back several months ago when the weather was still cold, also booked it in for an oil change, We dropped off the car in the morning and they called Me before noon and said that the battery needed to be replaced and I told Him they had changed it when we originally picked up the car which they were very aware of and then the AC needed a new compressor and some kind a module was causing the car to cut out as it was lacking oxygen and they already had done the oil change so they said since the AC compressor part had to be ordered it would not be ready till the next day which I was fine with, I questioned the cost and covers they advised me that they may cover a good part of the bill being We a only purchased the car a couple months ago and I said we did not get the extra warranty so they said let’s see what We can do so when I went to pick up the car the next day the only thing they charged Us for on a $1700 bill was a $43 oil change , NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT ;Thank You’s SO MUCH Haldimand Motors, I would refer You’s anytime to anyone and everyone and not only on Your page rate and comment but will gladly repost on my Facebook, Sincerely Louis Jouvence and Brother Andre Jouvence of Celtar Transportation !
