Very positive experience

it was a very positive experience from the initial contact, test drive, and subsequent acquisition of the Honda Ridgeline. This section is a little onerous. Let people use as many words as they want.

This was our 2nd experience with Pallladino. And as with the first from the moment we walked in until we drove away we we treated awesome. Rob Rouleau has been our sales guy both times and made us feel like family. Rick La framboise walked us thru all the tedious paper work simply. Thanks Rick.
