I was less than favourably impressed when the service representative came back with a list of things that were wrong with my 2013 Honda Civic and claimed they all had to be taken care of immediately. He then returned ten minutes later to say he was talking about a different vehicle. My vehicle had a much shorter list of things that should be attended to. My trust in your service department was shaken as a result.

Very efficient service. I had the airbag actuator replaced in our CRV. Service took less than an hour and coffee was provided while I waited.

Standard service but Graham took care of everything as he usually does......this is very annoying to have to type 20 words when I can use 12 to describe the superior service at Winnipeg Honda.......maybe you can apply some of the service standards at Winnipeg Honda to this survey !!!

April 17-tire pressure check and repair. I had no appointment but was accommodated. I was vety appreciative of it. April 19-tire pressure check. I was accommodated and help was provided. April 21- tire issue again and was completely fixed. I had no appointment but was looked after. Once again, I was very grateful and appreciative of what the service rep did for me. Issues seem fixed now.

Explained details of work to be done. Honest and suggested things that are not necessary for the service which for a customer who has no clue about these kinds of services makes a lot of difference.

Read previous responses. It took three appointments and one call back took a month as the proper tools were not send however parts were.
