My husband and I had a terrific experience buying our 2013 Venza at Jackson'sToyota.We just love our new car!We would like to say a huge thank you to Al Grillo and his manager for making our experience a very positive one. Al Grillo the sales rep was the epitomy of professionalism and courtesy. He was attentive and very respectful of me as a woman buyer which was impressive. I have not had that experience at any other dealership when I have purchased cars in the past. He was very helpful explaining the features of the Venza and took time from his busy schedule to set up my phone to Blue Tooth which I appreciate. Al, you are the sales rep supremo! We really were impressed by the video you sent us. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales rep if someone is looking to buy a Toyota!

I recently purchased a 2018 Camry, my salesperson Nicola was amazing she made the whole process quick and easy. Jenny in finance was a pleasure to deal with and got me in and out quickly. It made my Car buying experience a hasel free one. I give both Nicola and Jenny a rating of 11/10 and would highly recomend them to all my friends. When I returned a few days later the owner Greg also congratulated me on my purchase and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you for a great experience. Neil

Had to bring back vehicle 3 times for service. Did not have the parts then ordered wrong parts. Got it right on the 3rd try. Also sold me a vehicle that had been in 2 separate accidents totaling $17000 in damages for fair market value. Vehicles on their lot routinely 2-3000$ more than other toyota dealers for same vehicle

Inwent for my car's maintenance today They are a bit pricey and I would prefer not to have the sales people floating around, but overall I am happy with the service. They place is very clean and very nice. The staff is very friendly and okay with even a large amount of questions. They have manicures for girls today as it is Thursday and have cookies out along with complementary coffee. Free wifi and the other usual perks you get from a dealership.
