Less than 2 weeks ago I found a vehicle that was offered by this dealership on Autotrader and I requested the carfax report. Since then I have been receiving their email day after day. This is by all means dirty and very disrespectful practice that ultimately deters people.I think this dealership could respect people a bit more and dont treat them as leads. Send one email and maybe 1 (one) reminder. If you dont hear back, that means they are not interested. Get over it and stop harassing people.

While Covid made this new car buying experience like no other, still overall was a very satisfying experience. Purchased a tough to find 2020 Niro and I checked 2 other locations but only Hudson's in Listowel appeared to be interested in finding the car for me and making the deal. Tim was low pressure and very relaxed; obviously has done this often. Listowel is farther than I planned to travel but will certainly consider returning for my next vehicle and of course...look for Tim!

My experience with Hudson's Listowel KIA has undeniably been one of the best I've received. While travelling in the early morning back to Kitchener Waterloo, the service engine light suddenly came on and I stopped at Hudson's looking for assistance. Service Manager Terry Hays didn't hesitate to help. He had technicians diagnose my problem within the hour.Part ordered, car repaired the next day. Many thanks to the team at Hudson's Listowel KIA
