Had a great experience with Rob and Ryan from the moment I walked in to finance a vehicle. They worked above and beyond so that I could get my first wheels. I'm 48 lol. They were informative, honest, helpful and encouraging. They communicate and respond quickly with any questions or concerns I may have. The repair garage or mechanics are helpful, directional and efficient as well. Good communication and friendly. I'm am grateful for the chance and experience with them.

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that adapted to our necessity and our budget. My husband walked torward to the door a man received him. I was in the truck on business call as soon I finished. I got inside the building, and everyone welcomed myself and introduced themselves to help with anything I needed to locate my husband. Then, I met Mr. Phil, receiving me with a very professional shake hand and introduced himself. Very humble, light spirit, and I remembered one of his phrases lights up us... 'I'm not perfect'.. so we looked at each other, and we played to get up and leave 😅 ( just kidding )... well, we are cut with the same quality! ..we reply! He broke the ice and concerns on us. Then, with his imperfections and ours. We got the best price according to our budget ranged. We signed up for our Mitsubishi Outlander with the best smile and were super happy to have him helping us. Of course, the people supporting his words and his knowledge working as a team with people on finance, and on and on.. He was professional straight to the point from every angle covering of advantages and disadvantages so we can be careful make sensitive decisions together. Mr. Phil works with us in the team, communicating with us every detail or concerned. We did like his efficiency to find for us what will work in our budget. Environmental healthy, clean, joyful, very professional from the salesman to detailing shops Excellent coffee ☕️ 😋 We are extremely blessed to do business with The Car Lot, and everyone works fast, reliable, and trustworthy. Nothing feels better when others value your time respecting our limit window we have from our business, family attention, and others. Thanks, Mr. Phili and everyone works in this place to help others like us. We will continue praying for the owner of this place that I had a pleasure to meet in person this humble , professional men. Kathy, the lady in the tire and windshield shop, is very kind and professional...All we have to say thank you from our family and a huge promptly help our prayers go each one of you and extending family for more blessings to come. Posting ‘Indigenous Owned’ when your ownership is public knowledge that they ARE NOT indigenous owned while openly targeting indigenous communities with leafleting campaigns with gimmicky leaflets for a ‘free’ BBQ or TV with an vehicle purchase with a status card is obvious targeting knowing the recent RHT payouts to indigenous peoples/communities. It’s bad business and very disrespectful. Do better.

I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle with this dealership. I bought a 2017 BMW, about 2 weeks later I noticed the taillights were falling out due to broken clips. Called the service department, made appt to bring the SUV in, and showed them the issue. They called me back the same day I brought it in saying it was fixed and I was shocked as I assumed the parts needed to be ordered. I mentioned this on the phone when they told me it was fixed, and I was told they had the clips in house and all was good to go. I get home and check the taillights, their so called fix was tie straps. They had the lights tied in so tightly it chipped the paint. I called them back to have it fixed properly, they ordered the part for one taillight. I had to call back a second time to have them order the driver side taillight as well. Flash forward to 3 months later I go to get my first oil change. I drive a BMW, upon getting the change I learn that BMWs only require an oil change every 15,000km. I paid $220 for a full synthetic “European package” oil change at Victory Lube. My extended warranty indicates I have to get an oil change every 6 months or 8,000km however my sticker in my vehicle provided by Victory Lube is for 15,000km from the time I got the change. I emailed the warranty customer service (Northern Gold, which is exclusive to The Car Lot) requesting an exception, and they are unable to make this exception, and could not provide me with a reason why. I love my vehicle, but I will never deal with The Car Lot in the future, and would not recommend it to anyone either.
