My husband and I had a very warm and welcoming experience. We purchased a 2017 Rav 4 SE Hybrid after trading in our 2015 Camry XLE Hybrid. The vehicle itself is phenomenal. Our Sales Specialist Riley was extremely knowledgable and ensured that we felt comfortable every step of the way. A huge thank you to Chris for working within our budget. To put it simply, we went to Toyota for an oil change, and a few days later left with a new vehicle! The ease of purchase was wonderful! We would certainly recommend this location to all friends and family. Their Hybrids are truly remarkable and offer incredible cost savings for commuting individuals. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Jackson's Toyota since 2013 when I moved to Barrie. My experience is mostly on the positive note. There are days when people there gets moody. It's difficult to be wearing a smiling face at times when they're busy, tired and having a long day. But they always try to be warm and accomodating. David Chu from the parts department is an awesome guy and will go an extra mile to get you what you need. I move to northern Ontario and I would drive south a couple of times a year. And when I do, if there's some maintenance that needs to be done or parts need replacing, I would most of the time plan of having it done at Jackson's. Highly recommended.
