I was made aware of this case yesterday and I want to assure you that we are currently working with the warranty provider on your vehicle to rectify this situation for you. I apologize with the miscommunication of these problems NOT being covered and want to assure you that as your selling dealer we stand behind all the products that we sell not only does that include the vehicle that we sold you but the warranty you purchased. Jay was a great salesperson! He listened to our needs and was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. After almost being 99% sure that we were going to buy a Toyota, we went to Honda just for due diligence. Jay made sure that we left with a Honda and we are so happy he did!

Rob was great to deal with! I requested quotes from quite a few northern Ontario dealerships and Rob is the only one that followed up with me on a regular basis to see how he could be of assistance. Palladino Honda was exceptionally accommodating and made sure I was taken care of at every step of the process. Looking forward to dealing with Rob again in the future.

It was alright. I was supposed to get my tires changed on sale and they charged me normal price. They couldnt refund me my moneu.

Always A+ customer service every time I bring my Ridgeline in for a service. From the ladies who call to remind me of my appointment to Kara at the service desk with her smile and nice personality...even at 7:30 in the morning, right down to the friendly shuttle drivers. My experiences always leave me feeling like a valued customer. Thank you Team Palladino:)
