Had my trim around my back sliding widow replaced also my tail gate keeps falling down while driving had it inspected and lubed...... thought it was fixed but tailgate fell down 3 days later...will be bringing truck back in ...

We were informed that there is apparently a deadline to redeem our 10 free oil changes that were included in our purchase. This was first time I heard about this. I disappointed leaves me feeling like something was taken from me or I was lied to...

My engine ticking noise has been recorded so if there is any warrenty work required it's covered, driving lamp was replaced at a small cost but that's to be expected, the speaker was replaced under Gold plan. GREAT!

They charged me $22.50 labour to replace the cabin air filter. I had the oil changed & if they had done it in the lube rack they don't charge labour. Why was I charged?
