A 1 hour appointment turned out to be almost 3 and the issues is still not fixed.

My cruise control was not working. My truck is only six months old. appointment took too long as it was estimated to1 hour. issue still there. I need to to bring truck back to have this issue corrected.

Good to see a dealer ordering parts and installing them at their facilities. Good way to stay safe on the side of the warranty.

Spring tune-up done with promo (mugs & hot choc) were never delivered though. I was told they would contact me when a new shipment came in. Never happened. Rain check given but in the end I had to walk in 2 weeks later and they gave me a bag instead.
