Sales was great but after I drove away the engine light came on and long story short, I was charged 140 dollars for a gas line repair that should have been caught and fixed during the safety check and pre pick up inspection. I think that was unfair and poor customer service.

Bought my 2017 sorento here. Don't regret that. Alex was great to deal with. Was kind and didn't mind my son throwing stuff on his desk. Handled everything as he should've. The finance manager was good to deal with. Really went out of his way to get the payments closer to my budget. This review in no way is anything to do with either of them. - they both would get a 5 star review. I picked up my car. There was garbage in it (three empty tims cards) it had zero gas in it. 30kms to empty. The maintenance light came on as I was driving home with 1400kms left until my next service. A brand newish car with no oil change done and no gas. It was a demo and from my under standing money was lost on the sale. I understand that as I'm in the automotive business myself but seriously? Running on fumes with a current model year vehicle? I don't really care if it was a 2009 I bought. It should've been filled up. Had I not had my debit card or cash on me I wouldn't have been able to get home. And for the oil change that should've been done on the safety/pdi with 1400km left. I'm bringing it in Monday to rectify the issues along with the rear end skipping on turns. Hopefully this review will improve after that.

zero should be given here. They on purpose "forgot" to add my complaints on my file until I was over the warranty limit to then tell me that it was passed warranty and they couldn't do anything and it's on me that I had to make sure the note was in the system on my file. pathetic.

The sales experience was informative and straight to the point. Questions were answered efficiently. I like the car. The dealership service is very good.
