3 times attempts have been made to overcharge me and then it is service fault for entering a wring figure. How can service always enter wrong numbers and always over the service provided. When I mentioned this in the office a colleague also agreed with me straight away has his husband has had similar experience in the past. I am not coming to Honda again.

My sales rep was amazing. Ellis did everything he could to help me and to make my experience enjoyable. The reason I chose "Liked it," instead of excellent was the fact that my car was first of all not ready on the Friday, like it was suppose to be and then not ready on Monday when I went to pick it up. My sales rep did what he could to accommodate me. But seeing as it was my first new car, I was very disappointed that it was not ready.

11 month old car 14,000 km, rebuild entire engine due to timing belt issue, car in service 33 days, delivered with problems had to take the car back and engine has to be repaired a second time - in shop now. Service manager doesn't even take time to call and apologize for mistake of employee.

Every detailed work was well explained ( Service "A", F Brake system flush, power steering flush and transmission flush) . All questions were answered. Did not feel that that service advisor was rushing me in any way.

My first Honda was bought in May of 2015. I decided to trade it in in August of 2016 for the newer model. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The idea to trade in came from a simple letter to let me know that someone else would be handling my account with Palladino and should I need anything they were te person I could reach out to. It was a personal touch that ended up in a sale. Great job Palladino Honda!
