I'm very adamant in really understanding why I need to do something not just in regards to my health but in most aspects of my life. The information session prior to beginning any treatment was the most important to me as I needed to know how my poor posture was effecting my everyday life. Since I have begun treatment, I have noticed a difference with how my body handles specific movements especially during workouts, and how my posture is looking in all my recent pics!

It took me a long time to be willing to see a chiropractor due to the fear of someone touching my neck. Doctor Matt was the first doctor willing to explain why the neck adjustment was necessary for my overall health as well as take it step by step the first time to ensure I was comfortable. He has been wonderful with assisting me work through my injuries to become a healthier person. When Doctor Matt moved his office from Kitchener to Milton My husband and I did not hesitate to begin commuting to his new office weekly to continue our care. Between his easy going personality, willingness to explain why things are needed, and his amazing staff in office we will never go anywhere else! Thanks for the amazing care!

I find Dr. Matt to be a great chiropractor and he is easy to joke around with, but be serious when appropriate. I have been treated by Dr . Matt for a couple of years now and it is most certainly worth the drive to Milton. I found him easy to trust and always willing to give the best advice to better your health. Oh yeah and Dr. Matt rocks! The staff is pretty cool too.
