So in love with my new tub and surround, its seamless and they addressed all my concernes of mold.would so recommend this as an option to fix a older tub.

Initial consultation was helpful and good service, the final experience not so good

The initial consultation was professional and I found Mark helpful in his suggestions. Acknowledged my concerns, respected what I actually needed. I had a quote down for bath and wall; however I ended up going with replacement of wall and taps, not bathtub. Was helpful in showing designs/finishes etc... Happy with the design, colour and fixtures chosen. My install appointment was rescheduled. That was ok, however I was not able to be home when the work was completed. When I arrived at home, the wall looked great; however I was surprised at the mess on my tub and floors. The bottom of my tub had multiple black scuff marks and three black work boot prints. After waiting 12 hours I tried to wipe this quickly as I was on my way to work. The black marks were not coming out. The tub was filthy! I called Bathfitter immediately and someone came that afternoon to inspect. This person cleaned the tub in 10 minutes. It was now looking like I had anticipated. It was very disappointing to see the dirty tub and boot prints were also left on my wood floors leading up to the bathroom. I believe the wreath on my front door was also torn off and haphazardly put back on. There was wood dust on all fixtures in the bathroom and the newly installed curtain rod had fingerprints with a sticky like substance on it. These are the facts. I would not recommend Bath Fitter to anyone, I'm happy with the product but not impressed with the final experience. Pictures were taken by the person who came back to clean, have a look.

New shower stall

We were very pleased with the efficient and skilled workmanship. The installers always cleaned up after themselves and there was very little disruption to our household. We would definitely recommend Bath Fitters to others.

I had a Jacuzzi removed and a deep bath and surround wall installed. Nothing negative about the experience. Glen did a great job.

the person doing the work was on time and friendly. he got right to work and kept the work area clean.work was done fast and very good. cleaned up when done.was a ery plesant person and explained things as he wemt along.

Chandler did a great job installing the product that Mark had ordered for the bathroom which was a perfect fit. The order was on time and was to the penny of the quote. I will highly recommend Bath Fitter to family and friends.
