I have a fantastic experience at Hunt Club Kia! The people are personable and very understanding and accommodating to my budget, wants and needs. Their consideration extended past your typical deal and they made you feel like it wasn't just another sale for them. I got the exact car I wanted, in the colour that I wanted, and within the budget I had set forth. In a timely manner, I was delivered the product of my choice since they went the extra mile. Very unorganized, unprofessional and they don't know what good customer service is, or ce you've signed the paperwork for your new vehicle. These are a bunch of young people working at this dealership and it shows the lack of professionalism. I highly recommend to go anywhere else and avoid all Dilawry dealerships.

My bad for bringing my car here again after my last experience. I thought they could handle a simple undercoating spray but nope. I had an appointment early morning, I was told my car would be ready between 4-6. I called after 5pm and was told the service department was closed. Would have been nice to know they were keeping my car overnight.
