me and my buddies went there to buy dodge charger at first these guys rufuse the enlisted price, PETER, ASHISH SINGLA and CODY circled us and start screaming and threatened us as we were not getting in thier drama, including wrong calculations they gave FOR finance , these guys don’t know how to talk or provide coustmer services . we felt threatened there so we left , totally horrible experience .

Kam in the parts department was so helpful today! Got the runaround from 2 other dealership, Kam went the extra mile today getting a new replacement key for my son’s 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee! Thank you so very much!

I thought this dealership stuff are very friendly but Kevin kew the sales manager is a very jealousy type of person, people like this are Spoiling to dealership , I will never deal with this dealership, Hate to see his face

All I can say is my brand new Jeep Gladiator is back in the shop for the third time for the same problem. Wouldn't normally call this a dealer issue vs a Jeep issue, however when I brought it back the second time, I said there was no way they took this on a test drive or the problem would have experienced it, the service manager said". They did take it on a test, when I asked how come the didnt have the problem, the answer was "There is a lot of road construction around here so we cant take it on a complete test drive." So now its back to the shop. Update: White Rock Dodge has taken the problem quite seriously and have bent over backward to solve the issue. I believe they truly care about the customer.

Car dealerships and sales people typically have a bad rap, there's no hiding behind that. I had seen a vehicle advertised online, it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, so I contacted them and Ray responded, we made a date for me to come and see the vehicle. I am probably the most difficult customer to have, I know what I want in my head, I don't like to be taken advantage of because I am a woman, so I went in hesitant not knowing the personality that I was going to run into. Upon meeting Ray, he spoke to me like a human being, not a someone who was beneath him. We did the test drive, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed as I hummed and hawed for a bit, then the decision was made (I was there from about 10am to 4pm). The finance team was good, but Ray was definitely the star of the show, kept the me calm and collected through the process as for me buying a vehicle is a stressful situation. He even followed up with me on a couple of things the following day. I would highly recommend White Rock Dodge and Ray if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.
