Honest decent people. Luke Avery looked after my Helga (2007 Hummer H3x) before he became Service Manager, and that position looks really good on him! I recently contacted Luke regarding doing some preventive maintenance inside the transfer-case of my H3 (having to do with badly designed shifter forks courtesy of GM). Luke was upfront with me, he explained that at this time his dealership had no technician with the expertise to tackle the job and referred me to another local shop. THAT IS THE BEST THING ANY SHOP could ever do in such a situation; to not engage in teaching yourself the job at the customer's expense! ***** UPDATE - This is more than a year later: Just had some work done regarding the transfer case encoder motor. I could not be happier, bill was less than I expected and all is good. Thank you Luke and Shannon! I can't say enough good about these guys.

I brought my 2015 GMC Sierra in on June 11 for a 11:00am appt'mt. At 3:00pm I came to your location to check on my truck. I was told it had not been started. I went home and received a call at 5:30pm telling me parts were required and would take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. It has now been 11 business days and only one out of 2 parts are in. I just called in and was told the same story I was told when I called on the 21st which was I would get a cll right back. There was no call back on the 21st. Maybe I'll get lucky today. Oil lube and filter. No high pressure up sell. Vehicle washed and ready in a timely manner. Keeping it simple for me is important.
