A huge thank you to Dave for making sure that I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. The staff here do whatever they can to accommodate your needs, and find a way to make your payments fit your budget. Contacted Charles in regards to a great deal on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I wanted to buy so badly but unfortunately it has to wait til my new biz venture is complete. Loved talking to Charles on the phone. I could tell he was willing to bend over backwards to assist me and that got me excited to take a drive up to Sudbury and meet this outstanding car agent. But timing is everything and this meeting will have to wait. He is the man !!!! You ask for him personally and I guarantee you will feel the same as me. Must be that Northern Country Air !!!!

I knew what I wanted,called and talked to sarah,gave her all my info for financing,told her I would be going through Charles,as I spoke to him a couple of times when I was looking for a car. confirmed that financing was Ok, made the deal with Charles, transmitted info back and forth,got insurance company to send info. deal was done. picked up car Saturday morning as discussed. Car was spotless,running ready to go. spent 5 minutes with Dave to shore up paperwork.Shook hands and I was gone. thank you
