I’m very disappointed. I had an appointment for Friday at 8am. When I arrived and I was told that my appointment was actually on Monday so somebody messed up my appointment. My break callipers appeared to be leaking. I was told by you guys that they weren’t leaking. A second mechanic looked at them and told me that there was in fact a problem with them. Everything is under warranty and should’ve been replaced.

The sales person was informed and down to earth. The prices were fair and most importantly I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I think the people across the street should loosen those ties and take a few lessons from Laurentian Chrysler.

Overall a good experience. Shawn was polite and very friendly. You have great staff a Laurentian Motors. I love my new vehicle but the only complaint I have is that the driver’s seat warmer does not work and there was no mention in the ad. I picked up the suv and it was super clean and smelled great. Thanks again for everything.

After about the third time of receiving treatment that was above and beyond expectations and always in a much needed time sensitive manner, I had to go to the lengths of leaving a nice review. Rikki-Lee and Amy in Parts and Service were more than pleasant, along with the mechanic Rob. They kept me updated as quickly as possible, made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle, and gave me plenty of options to remedy the situation. These people need a raise.
