My wife and I had visited 2 other dealerships previously and were not happy with the service. Upon walking into the car lot we were greeted by Marc Lafleur ( sales rep for The Car Lot). He made both my wife and I feel right at home. I loved the service and walked away with the SUV I wanted. Also at a fair price and good interest rate! Thanks again Marc!

Steve Mahaffy, the Sales Associate, answered all my questions and went out of his way to ensure that the car was properly serviced , plated, and delivered to me in Elliot Lake. He and his team kept me informed throughout the process and did everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. Great work guys! And thank you Steve!

Recently purchased a great car at The Car Lot, Sudbury. If I were to sum up my experience from initial contact with Marc (Lafleur) on the phone to driving away from the lot a day later with my new car, excellent is how I would describe the whole experience. I was able to view the car, conduct a test drive, make an offer, and strike a deal all without any of the usual pressures associated with a vehicle purchase. Marc was awesome at every stage of the purchase process, answering my many questions and ensuring the vehicle was showroom ready for me the next day. To summarize, the car buying process has now become very easy for me. I know where to go, and who to call. Well done to you all at The Car Lot.
