The business manager tried to pull a good ol' fashion switcharoo on me. Can't believe people like that are allowed to work in a position that requires morals. Won't be stepping in there again after they eventually pay back my security deposit. The sales person was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I left the situation feeling slightly bitter over the time I had spent on a futile attempt at getting a car.

I seriously encountered the worst customer service in my entire life...The manager who's name( ) was extremely rude! Kia should take an action about this location otherwise they would lose their reputation!! Never ever go there!

We purchased a Kia Romdeau 6 weeks ago. When the sales person walked us around the car he held the Hatch up while showing us inside the rear of the car. A couple of hours later we went to open the hatch to place something in there and it immediately fell on my head. It would not stay open. We called the sales person right away, we explained the problem. He pretended that he did not know. He said that he would order the new parts to fix the problem. After 6 weeks we had not heard anything and decided to call. Nothing had been ordered and nothing had even been noted. I have not trust in this dealership anymore. If you want a Kia, go elsewhere.!!!
