Changed the condenser and clutch for my ac. First the condenser, then had to go back and have clutch changed as it was somehow disengaging the ac.

I needed a vehicle upgrade. I shopped online to start and visited Palladino Honda as a starting point to visit. I only went to see what was available and once I was asked what I needed a vehicle for and was shown what was in stock I ended up buying that same day. Honda is a great name and Palladino has a great sales team that didn't pressure me into buying anything.

On my arrival at the service department I was quickly served, the advisor was very polite and offer coffee while I wait, I brought my Accord for a B service and my car was ready sooner than promised. I am very happy with the service department and all the staff at Palladino Honda.

I always get great service from Dan. He seems to know what I need more than I do. I had a small squeaking sound that did not present itself at your shop, but Dan had a belt looked at and thought because it should have been changed around 100,000km that should solve the problem. And it did!! Everything was exxplained ahead of time and great follow up. Thanks so much Dan for all your help over the years. Sincerely, Irma Morrison

I had an oil change (B service) and an alignment inspection. I declined having the alignment done for $89 and when I picked up my car, they had done it anyway at no charge.......just makes me wonder, if they can do the alignment for free, would it really have been worth $89 if I had agreed to have it done. Anyway, thanks for the free alignment.
