I was very pleased with all of the service I received, the salesperson Jayson was very respectful, informative and made the experience as exciting and rewarding as it should be. The Financial Services person, Denis was empathetic, professional and kept the experience as happy and positive as it should be. I am very happy and fulfilled with my dream vehicle purchase and the experience in purchasing this vehicle.

Matt dealt with our trade in very efficiently making sure we got the best value. He then told us everything we needed to know about the HRV and all of the options. After signing the paperwork we changed to a CRV and although everything had to be redone, this change was done promptly and met with enthusiasm. I have recommended Matt and Palladino Honda to family and co-workers currently in the market for a new vehicle.

When I first came into the Palladino Honda dealership in May 2016, I was only looking and was not planning on buying until June. Rob Rouleau, the salesman, was very understanding of this and didn't pressure me at all nor did he brush me off to look for other customers that may have been more interested in buying. He answered every single one of my questions professionally and came on a test drive with me which was very helpful. He was also curious about the other vehicles I had tried out and asked me what I thought of them - something no other salesman had done. Once he gave me a quote, I asked him to follow up with me in June with the new promotions and he did exactly that. Rob made this experience fun for me and I couldn't be happier with my new 2016 Civic sedan EX. Thanks, Rob! Trevor
