They are very informative and honest

We had a problem with the torque converter on the RAV 4 that we were buying. They informed us that there was a recall on this. They replaced it after confirming this was the problem. We have had our Corolla and now our Rav 4 serviced there. We like that they inform us honestly if something needs to be replaced now or needs to be replaced soon> We will gladly keep taking our vehicles for service to Jacksons.

Please read the comment above., Toyota are the best manufacture veh so they last forever. New vehicle are very expensive and soon l will be without payment and stay that way however if l buy an other one it will be Toyota again for sure. thank you Jackson

I brought my Camry in for tire change, check engine light and oil change. The service advisor expained what was going to be done and the costs. The maintenance was done in reasonable time. The engine light issue i thought i had was not a problem after all. The advisor explained to me the difference between a "maintenance required" and "engine" light. Turns out the maintenance was not reset after my last oil change. I was pleased with the service.

Front car seats in my RAV4

Seats are to narrow and the sides are way to hard to make it a comfortable ride. The sad thing is that no one at Toyota has given a sensible suggestion to rectify this problem.

Got an oil change, the service was good and staff were friendly. Hours are also good, open later some evenings which helps because I am a commuter.
