We had a flat tire fixed. I was really surprised that the actual fixing of the tire took 30 minutes, but having to spend my entire afternoon at the dealership was a bit disappointing. I don't know if that time was spend trying to fix the tire, or waiting to hear back from the insurance company that covered the tire replacement, but I was hard pressed to get back to picking up my child from school; so the experience became stressful. A heads up from Ron, the person who took my car in, about how long this would/could take would have helped me make the decision about how long I could have been waiting. Otherwise, the coffee was good, the seats comfortable. One strange experience with your staff and your computer's booking system, was not being able to book two separate appointments. We're a one car family with children's car seats , and schedules can get really tight. I wanted to book two separate appointments, one to fix my tire and one to get my car cleaned. The system wouldn't allow 2 separate appointments. After trying to explain the situation to two of your staff on the phone, I eventually gave up talking in circles and didn't get the cleaning done. Crown Honda was happy to sell me a car and have me come in for my service appointments but very dismissive whenever i had an issue. From the start i noticed my dash clock wasn't keeping time. You refused to assess it. Within two years of owning my car i noticed that my rear spoiler was starting to FALL OFF my trunk and scrape the paint off the trunk at the edges, causing rust. I complained about it 3 times, spoiler re-attached, was told it was "fixed for good, will not happen again." Its STILL HAPPENING!!. Ive completely lost all confidence in Crown honda. I will never again step foot in the building if i can help it. Now I go to winnipeg honda, where my problems are addressed instead of being told to live with them.

The day I bought my car was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. The day I picked up my car I was a little disappointed though. The car was not detailed very well gentleman showing me my car that day seemed to not really care when I was pointing it out. I also felt rushed when I was learning about the features. The cheque I was supposed to be given for the money I put down to hold the car was not ready for me like I was told it would be. And the tiniest thing I was looking forward to was my picture being taken with my car which nobody offered to do.

Double the price quoted on phone, made me take a shuttle home for a key copy job, ad called m back half way because it was done. The shuttle guy was very nice.
