Kia On Hunt Club

The service we received at the KIA dealership at West Hunt Club was outstanding and we thank the KIA team for making our experience positive. We were searching for a family car and Juan Jose Ramos introduced to the 2014 KIA Rondo which was exactly what we needed. Throughout the process Juan was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional in helping us make the final decision. We really appreciated the time he took to answer our questions and explain the differences between the various KIA models. Leonardo Alvarenga was also very helpful and professional in explaining the various finance options that were available to us based on our needs. Unlike other salespeople, they did not pressure us to buy a car which was very refreshing. We highly recommend Juan and Leonardo to anyone who is looking for a car. The KIA Rondo is an incredible machine for the price and is wonderful to drive.

Mohammed Haroun was the salesperson who sold me my new KIA Sorento at this dealership, and I have to say, It was one of the automobile purchasing experiences in my life. Moe made the experience easy and enjoyable. I took about five or six weeks to make the decision to buy the Sorento. Over that time, Moe did not put any big pressure on me but yet, stayed in touch on a weekly basis to see where my thinking on the new car was at. I've been to many dealerships and have had the salesperson say they would call me back, but never did. That was not the case with Moe. I was also very impressed by his knowledge of the KIA vehicles. He was able to answer every possible question that I threw at him. He worked closely with his sales manager, Rabieh, to get me to the point that I wanted to be at. Rabieh, from day one, approached the sale from the point of what I needed to make the deal and he worked hard to get there. On pick-up day, Moe spent a significant amount of time with me showing me every aspect of how the car worked. I also have no doubt that if I have an issue in the future, I can rely on him to take care of it for me. A great experience thanks to and excellent salesperson and sales manager.

When I walked into Kia On Hunt Club I knew exactly what I wanted. Eli worked with me and got me into the car that I wanted at the price that I wanted to pay. It was a great experience.

We Would do it Again From the initial contact via email, to driving away in our Hyundai, we were treated like valued customers. There was no pressure to buy, all our questions were answered, and the staff were friendly, open, and attentive. There was a nice selection of vehicles which suited our needs, and we look forward to maintaining the relationship in the future. Phenomenal Service!! I recently moved to Ottawa a few weeks ago, I was in the Hunt Club area a few Fridays ago, and needed an oil change done on my car. I decided to walk into the Kia dealership to ask for information. Naim Salem approached me and began giving me information to where I can go to get an oil change. What impressed me the most about him is that he knew I wasn't there to purchase a vehicle but yet he still gave me exceptional service and great advice. The dealership is massive and a bit overwhelming, Naim was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable there. I recently recommended Naim Salem to a family member and they purchased a 2014 Kia Rio from him. I will also be returning to the dealership later on this year to purchase a vehicle for my wife.
