Gregg Mcsherry my sales person, was very friendly, and easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the car I bought. My whole experience at Wheaton Kia was excellent. Kris Willard the Financial Service manager, was very pleasant. All the staff involved with my purchase, were a pleasure to deal with. Glen Watson

While I receive excellent customer service while taking my Kia Forte in for work, I’m also looking for potentially a new vehicle. Twice now I have been ignored by the sales people! I purposely walk around the lot and in the showroom. Both time I’ve been seen and both times been ignored. Probably won’t spend my money here. It’s like they profile me depending on how I dress (usually shorts and a t-shirt) and because I’m a bigger guy. Otherwise they provide great service!

Brand New Sorento

Wow what an awesome experience. Everyone at the dealership treats you like family……. Well actually better than family. They genuinely care about you as a customer. From service to sales and finance they are amazing. This is my third Sorento I’ve purchased from Wheaton Kia and it definitely won’t be my last. I just hope Kia keeps making the Sorento because I love them so much. When I was looking for a new vehicle I contemplated other brands but thought no way I love the treatment I get from the dealership so much how can I go somewhere else. Chris and Brandon are so well versed in the products they sell. Chris went through every feature on the vehicle with me and explained how it all worked. If it wasn’t for him I would have spent days figuring out everything. Susan in finance was stellar as well, she explained all the coverages available and how the work. You will never be disappointed in buying your next vehicle from them. Their service department is second to none as well. I can’t say enough good things about the whole dealership. If you don’t think there can be such a great dealership to be found go in and see for yourself. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
