Thanks for Sam Mounna, for purchasing my mitsubishi outlander 2022, he is very friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with, he explained to me what I wanted to know and explained everything the features of the car. This past week I bought a 2022 Eclipse Cross from Sam at Mitsubishi Bank street. I would strongly recommend Sam and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car, its very rare (in my experience) to find a car sales man that care so much for his customers. He did everything possible to help ensure me and my wife's car needs were met, both for the size of vehicle we needed and for what was within our budget. Thank you Sam. Your passion and no B*S mentality is a rare breed in the world of car sales. Also a shoutout to Eli for understanding what we needed from a financial standpoint and helping us get the best financing deal possible for our new car. Stay away from this dealer. They asked to put a deposit of $500 which is refundable. But in case you change your mind and don't purchase any vehicle with them ,they will not refund you the $500. We have to beg to get our money back and still didn't receive it 😡
