Always great service when I have to get work done on my car

Went in to service my car for the first time after moving to this neighbourhood. Had to change oil and replace tires, the service advisor asked if I wanted to check the brakes at an additional cost, which I agreed upon but after an hour or so I get a call saying that my brakes have worn out which wasn’t the case but I still went ahead to replace since it’s important. The lady gave me wrong number saying it’s going to cost $500 for all 4 tires instead it’s $500 for 2 pairs (front and back). This is clear miscommunication, now my bill is over 1K which is ridiculous. Please learn to give a proper estimate to customers because it’s their hard earned money. I repeatedly asked what the totals going to be which was supposed be around $700 is now double of it. I’m unhappy with their team.

I just bought a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 at RoyNichols on Courtice road and I have absolutely 0 complaints. Glenn who sold me the truck is an absolute gentleman who's taken care of me every step, along with Rick the financing manager who got me approved for the workhorse. Very respectable and will take care and look after you if purchasing through them. They take the 100 years of reputation very seriously and you can tell.

Vary bad experience with this dealership. First interaction was great. Got the new vehicle ordered in January 2022 left having a great feeling. That is when it all feel apart. Called multiple times no response. Finally got ahold of them after months for an update on our new vehicle. They said that it has been ordered they are just waiting for an update from the factory. Months went by with no contact from them to me. After eight months of waiting I called the dealership and they informed me that they had to re-order it for the next year‘s model this was in August 2022. This was the first real update I got from them. I asked them why no one has contacted me in so long and gave me any kind of update and now all of a sudden they have to re-order it. They said there’s nothing they can do about it’s all factory issues. Went to the dealership and Port Hope quadrilles. Ordered my new vehicle and got it in two months. Don’t bother going to this dealership if you’re going to order a new vehicle. Waste of time. Go to Port Hope quadrilles is the way to go. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Because they’re not even worth one. very disappointed.

Told me they couldn’t install my tow mirrors. Made 1 phone call to another place and they said it can be done no problem. Seems a little lazy to me. Won’t be giving them my service anymore.
