A couple of days ago, I went to see one of their cars. The salesperson was very helpful and friendly knowing that I dropped in without an appointment. Also, he got a car ready for me to test drive.

Came here this morning to look to find the main number because no one would get back to me and am personally not surprised by these negative reviews. So I felt inclined to come and confirm that I have experienced alot of the same things I'm regards to rude and unprofessional service and being ghosted by Steve. I had a really bad issue with 2 of my tires where they must have been done too tight (which is pretty much amateur hour, hate to put it that way but it is) because I was missing a number of bolts that were there when I left (I always do a walk around). Something needs to be done about these employees who not only seem to do poor jobs but also don't seem to care much either. Just taking our money, collecting their cheque every 2 weeks, and moving on.

This was easily the most disappointing experience. Not only were the people unprofessional (specifically Aaron I believe his name is) while I was on site (rude, ignoring people, etc) but the overall service on the vehicle was borderline criminal how bad it was. I had the bolts on my tires fly off (from being done so tight it stripped them) which resulted in me almost losing my tire completely on the highway. Thank goodness I know what to feel for and was hyper aware of how odd the car felt mid-drive. They have been impossible to contact and will not return messages. I am not the only person to have experienced this. I have been to hole-in-the-wall mechanics that have provided significantly better and more professional service. I will also add that it seems behaviors towards particular customers change once it is well established there is no romantic interest, which just adds to the abomination that is their professional behavior.
