I purchased a 2016 Acura MDX. I felt no pressure, the staff is fantastic and they took the time to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle befor I drove it off the lot!

I was really nervous when I arrived as this was my FIRST time buying a new car. Dylan made me feel relaxed and comfortable and answered all my questions and was very detailed. He gave me options on purchase plans and took good care of me. His team was also very helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend Dylan and his team to antone in know looking to buy a new car.

Nobody informed me that the car was done. I was waiting for almost 5 hours and if I didn't ask for it, I wouldn't know that I can take the car home already. I was notified when I was picked up that they're still working on the car so when I got back to the dealer I just waited for them to call me whenever it was done which didn't happen. Not too happy about the experience. But aside from that, the people there was very nice.

The negotiation for my trade in and the purchase process of the HRV were seamless. Andy and his assistant were thoughtful and considerate and extended every courtesy to ensure the purchase and installation of winter tires and a remote start were secured prior to my driving the new car home.

Couldn't get straight answers, were denied WRHA discount, vehicle not ready to pick up as scheduled, poor treatment by sales managers. Some of the things that were said to us were very unprofessional and ridiculous. We didn't feel anyone actually cared if we bought the vehicle. We only purchased it in the end due to the fact it was available immediately instead of having to order one and wait a few months. Worst experience buying a vehicle we've ever had.

Was treated respectfully and promptly. Car was ready earlier than expected which was really nice! No problems with the service. 2 downfalls though was that there was no shuttle available to take me home or to pick me up, and I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash with the service (when I called to book it originally) and I said yes, but it was not done.
