I would give them zero star if i had an option. This is the worst experience I ever had. I got 2023 Elantra preferred on august 31,2023. This friday aug 16,2024 I got the engine warning and car started making weird sound. So i called in to book an appointment to see what’s wrong with the engine but the service department said they’re busy and gave me appointment for aug 26th. So somehow by contacting hyundai customer care I dropped off my vehicle at hyundai hunt club as an emergency drop off because my car stopped 3 times at an intersection because of their crap engine. I didn’t got the rental vehicle right away because they had to diagnose the car first. I paid around more than 100$ for ubers to go to work. By requesting them again and again hunt club dealership gave me a rental car for which I am paying 20$ fee which is a young driver fee. This is not my fault if the engine got damaged for the brand new car which is not even a 1 year old. I called bank street manager ELI to see if they would pay young driver fee but he said that is not covered by Hyundai. He is one of the unprofessional man i have ever talked with. He yelled at me on phone because I made them annoyed for calling and complaining about the service that I was getting. He tried to call me day before yesterday to tell me that hunt club made the arrangements for rental vehicle I didn’t answered his phone because I was at work and had zero network on my phone. This morning aug 23rd, he yelled at me and said i wasn’t picking up his phone when he called me and was annoyed that I am upset with issues that I am having on my brand new car which was sold by Hyundai Bank st. His tone was very loud and unprofessional. I don’t think he is a mature man and yelled on a 22 year old to who they call young driver and asked to pay money 20$ per day out of my pocket for rental vehicle young driver fee. He disrespected me . It doesn’t affect anyone if my brand new vehicle has an engine damaged. The only person who is affected is Me!! I was sold this car for 42000$ financed and now they are treating me with their rude unprofessional behaviour. I know nobody is going to help but i am writing this review for people who are going to buy car from this dealership or Hyundai that once they sell you cars they treat you like crap. I even agreed to pay 20$ per day for 15 days but still this man shouted and said I was the one who was complaining that They’re not helping and picking up my calls. Yes i did say that when every time I was calling their manager was in a meeting and never reaching out . And the one time he called me and i didn’t answer because of network at my work he started shouting. i was the one calling them everyday for rental, to ask how long the engine would take or to ask if they would pay 20$ per day young driver fee. I don’t think it is fair for me to pay that fee if i am 22 and my brand new car got engine damaged. I did got a rental vehicle today and paying 300$ out of my pocket for 15 days. and it would be more because ENGINE is on back order!

I love this dealership; from sales to appraiser, to financial approvals, Bank Street Hyundai is the best place to meet your vehicle needs and dreams. I couldn’t be happier with Adam Abboud who listened carefully and presented me with our dream vehicle. Joe Younes likewise made a top used vehicle even better with my requests to add rust protection, lifetime oil filter changes, and of course hitch and rack to carry bikes. Louis Boueri, appraiser, also traded in my old vehicle. It was seamless and awesome!!!!
