Efficient yet friendly staff. Always polite and patient. Kept informed. Always advised if extra work needs to be done. Never feel that I must agree to changes or extra work...problem is explained and I decide if it’s a go or not.

I damaged my real wiper blade assembly. Amanda noticed that I had a break procedure scheduled for February and asked if I wanted it done. I said yes. I also asked her if she could have the tech. turn on a audio feature that I could not figure out myself. Everything was done and on time.

Was met at the service desk almost immediately by Kara Wing, Service Advisor. She advised me of the service items needed for my vehicle, suggested a couple of other items and was a pleasant helpful, employee. I was texted when my vehicle was taken into service and was called when the service was completed(earlier than expected). Thank you, Kara
