Fast and efficient.

Very efficient. Caulking even. Bathroom is much brighter and easier to clean. This is the second bathroom done in our place. Have recommended you to many people.

The install tech was wonderful. He was so obliging and careful not to mark anything. Glen MacDonald is a valuable employee. If we have more work we want him as our installer. So far we love the shower.

Chandler explained the process in detail. He then took the time to move his equipment inside while protecting our walls and floor. . He worked efficiently, quickly and thoroughly.. He cleaned up afterwards and explained cleaning products to be used and details about the warranty. We will recommend Bathfitters to our friends

The only issue I have is with the soap dish. It is okay for a bath tub, but not a vanity. The drippings from a wet soap bar runs from the dish onto the vanity.

The gentleman that did the job for me was polite and competent. There was a slight issue I'd discovered the next day so I reported it to the company and another worker was sent over immediately to rectify the situation. He'd discovered a few other things that needed fixing as well and all in all a wonderful job was done. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and I've been sharing with a lot of friends what a great job and such a good company to deal with.
