I am a Crown Honda fan. Over the lastfew years, I've gone for general up keep , tire changes and for repairs. The service is always excellent. Very seldom have I had to wait for service. Generally I'm in within 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly an efficient. I cant find fault with the work they do or any of the staff I've come in contact with.

Wish the would have told me it needed an alignment when they phoned instead of when I went back to pick it up.... Now I have to schedule a whole seperate appointment and I live fairly far away

Most non professional service staff… they don’t even know the problem and start blaming and assuming things and stuff… don’t know how to talk to a customer Never gonna come here or let any of my known to come here

I love when you walk into Winnipeg Honda and there is someone right there ready to help you. In our case it was Luca Di Santo. He is a very energetic individual. Pleasant person and listens to your wants and needs, plus he didn't waste our time. He was able to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond in doing so. I recommend when visiting your Winnipeg Honda at 900-1717 Waverley Street to ask for Luca, that is if he hasn't already asked you, "How can I help!" Also we were very pleased on the day we went to pick up our vehicle that an appointment was made with Alana Verhaeghe to go over all the paperwork before taking our New Vehicle Home. She is pleasant and was very patient with going through everything with us. We, Ryan and Janet Melnyk, are very pleased with our purchase and recommend you visit this Honda Dealership before going anywhere else.
