Car buying experience

We had a great experience with Andy. Our one frustration was making an appointment to come test drive the car, and no one seemed to know we were coming. We couldn't drive the car because it had no gas. Otherwise, a great car and polite, thorough service from Andy.

Everyone provided quick and efficient service even though I dropped my car off at a very busy time of day. The technician was willing to assist me when I informed him that I had replacement wipers that needed to be installed. When he realized that I had purchased the wrong size replacements he explained that I could simply replace the blades on the factory wipers and remedied the problem in a matter of minutes.

For factory recalls the work has been satisfactory. When it came to fixing a problem I had when my car didn't start Winnipeg Honda was not able determine the problem. I had to have it towed to a small local garage to have it repaired. It took them a could days after it had been at the Dealership for the week with no result besides offering me a new car. if the tech is seeing only Honda products the tensioner pulley should have been replaced to allow the motor to run properly. I will no longer bring my vehicle in for servicing. Have a good day.

When I bought my 2015 Honda CR-V Touring, I was offered $5,500 as a trade-in value on my very low mileage Honda Accord EX-V6. I paid less than $200 on having some dings fixed and it looked like new again. I advertised it on Auto Trader on-line for $8,250 and sold it the next day for $8,200 cash. Even after I removed the ad, there was much interest in it and many e-mails were received. I was not pleased with the low trade-in amount quoted at Wpg Honda, although the sales people otherwise treated me well.
