I needed a new a vehicle on a tight deadline of four days. I went to the Palladino Honda website and found the vehicle I wanted within my budget. One hour later I went to see Mr. Rob Rouleau who took me on a test drive. Upon completing the test drive I purchased the vehicle. Three days later I drove it off the lot with the best warranty I could get. All my questions and concerns were addressed quickly and without hesitation. Thank you Mr. Rouleau for your help and a pleasant experience during a stressful time. Thank you Marissa Holla for your expertise in setting up the warranty and thank you Brenda Abbott for explaining the service schedule for my vehicle.

I panicked when all the sensors in my new CRV 2015 (bought in August 2015) light up when I stared my vehicle one morning. I had to get Roadside Assistance to tow my vehicle to Palladino Honda. After doing a scan they assured me that everything was fine and I didn't have to pay for the scan. I have complete faith in the Service department. My first car was a 1976 Honda Civic and I have been driving one since then up till now when I purchased a CRV. I love my vehicle and it makes me feel safe. What can I say...I'm a Honda Girl!
