while negotiating the contract 2015 camry LE i specified bottom line off the lot price. no hidden charges i mentioned it at least 4 times and each time the salesman agreed i gave the dealership my visa number for a fully refundable deposit while applying for financing 2 weeks later when i checked to see if my visa deposit had been refunded i was surprised to see brad had taken $50 for licensing fee he had forgot to include it on the original contract the contract we agreed was all inclusive i did not agree to this use of my visa seems to me this is illegal i gave brad lots of oportunity to fix his mistake when i contacted brad to explain his mistake he simply said "im sorry you feel that way" salesman brad jacksons toyota barrie, ontario, canada eric brun 705-791-4728 eric.brun@hotmail.com the only reason im sharing this on facebook is for the $25 rewards points

As a Rewards member, I was entitled to a free Deluxe Detail. I decided to use it for my husband's car since I just bought a new car from Jackson's so my own car was sparkling clean :-) Unfortunately it was a very poor detailing job, with dirt remaining in the centre console and floor. We took photos because we were shocked at the poor quality of the work. I understand that I did not pay for the service, however I am still disappointed. And I would certainly not recommend this service to a friend. According to the dealership this is normally a $300 service and I would never pay that amount for the work I received. I am normally very happy with Jackson's high quality of service - but this time, it's certainly not the case.

Hi Brett, as we discussed this morning over the phone this morning, you expectation was that you were getting a $300.00 cleaning with a Deluxe coupon because the rewards paperwork was a little confusing. I’m glad you called me back to discuss the misunderstanding. I explained that the Deluxe cleaning includes an exterior wash, vacuum of the carpets and wiping down the dash and windows. You agreed that was done to your satisfaction. By the way, your next rewards member coupon will entitle you to a Premium detailing where we will take it to the next level.

I purchased a new RAV4 2015. I felt valued as soon as I walked in the door and was greeted instantly. I was able to look around the showroom without being bothered, but as soon as I was ready with questions a product advisor was there to assist me. Dave (Atkinson) was very friendly and respectful and was able to answer my questions. I did not feel pressured at all. He guided me through the process and I felt that he listened to my expectations and did his best to see that I got the deal I wanted. I appreciated the follow-up call, after I had the car for a few days, to make sure that everything was okay and inquiring if I had any questions or concerned. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Brad was very helpful explain everything to me showed me different cars and really let me make up my own mind through it all.He would be a asset to any car dealer ship to have on their sales force.I have been back to have him help me with a problem I had and he completely resolved my problem.I thought he was great.

I liked the effort that was put in to get me into a new vehicle. What I didn't like is that the truck had grease marks on the inside of the cab, the tonneau cover leaks and the windows on the inside weren't cleaned.

Shayne I called you his morning to find out if the windows and grease mark still needed addressed. You explained to me that you were in yesterday to have them cleaned. I apologize that you had to return and I appreciate your understanding. I understand that the explanation about the tonneau cover was satisfactory.
