The people I dealt with were great .My brother had dealt with you many years ago , and he still talks about the great service he had with Haldimand motors . He had bought 2 vehicles of you in a very short time ,after his first one was totalled, he came back for a second one , and was well pleased .He still speaks very highly of your business. Our relationship is just starting, so I certainly pray my experience with you, will be as good or better than his . So if that is a indication of how I can expect to be treated with my purchase from you . Then I will definitely pass it forward.

When made the deal asked when I could take delivery of my new to me SUV since it was Friday would next Friday be ok, just give us a call Thursday to confirm. Next Thursday call nope not ready waiting on a windshield replacement call in the AM. Called Friday nope service is closed today call back Monday asked to talk to the salesman nope on vacation. Called Monday mid afternoon nope waiting for cleanup call Tuesday. Didn't bother to call, finally at 3:00pm got a call from service, yes my new to me SUV was ready for pickup Wednesday morning...Frustrating. The good large selection, free to test drive many vehicles, relaxed atmosphere but, was it worth the 200k drive the jury is still out.

my husband just received a car from Haldimand and I was a little weary about it, more then I wanted to spend and not exactly what we were looking for, but with a child on the way we cant be picky, the service was amazing and the sales person was a pleasure to talk to. The car was available and ready to pick up fairly quickly, husband could resume working and he felt comfortable in the car. was a new 2017 so didn't figure we would have much problems with it, boy were we wrong. after about 4 weeks my husband went to start the car and nothing happened, I even tried thinking my husband was being an idiot which is not uncommon, got right onto the phone with haldiman and they said they could take a look at it, was very impressed by this, and the service we received, I really hope this keeps up as I have recommend this place to many people, thanks you

love my car i bought here, I had a complaint after a few months of purchase and haldimand reached out and fixed my breaks at no charge. So happy with the service here, will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle. Highly recommend Haldimand motors.
