I drove up to Winnipeg Honda in need of a tire repair, with no appointment, on a Friday afternoon. One would think that employees who are close to the end of their work day and work week would not welcome such drive-in customers. BUT...I got Ian again at the service desk! Ian is such a super human being! He not only welcomed me, but assured me that all would be taken care of in as short a time as possible. While I waited, he was in touch with me a couple of times to keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle. And in the end he had me on my way in a relatively short period of time, thanking ME for my patience. Ian is terrific! Thank you for the superior service.

I had a bad experience a few years ago so I was a little worried coming back but Steve was great and made sure we had everything we need and gave us the best customer service that I haven't seen a long time.
